How to Play Blackjack

Blackjack is a simple but strategic card game where your goal is to beat the dealer by getting as close to 21 as possible without going over.

Card Values

• Number cards = their number
• Face cards (J, Q, K) = 10
• Ace = 1 or 11 (whichever helps your hand)

Your Options

• Hit: Take another card.
• Stand: Keep your current hand.
• Double: Double your bet and take one final card.
• Split: Split two identical cards into two hands.

Dealer Rules

The dealer must hit until reaching 17 or higher. The dealer cannot double or split.

Winning the Game

• Your hand is closer to 21 than the dealer’s
• The dealer busts (goes over 21)
• You get a natural blackjack (Ace + 10-value card)
